Adaptive Inscribe was created with the mental health professional in mind. However Adaptive Inscribe can be used by anyone or any industry to complete a wide range of tasks. Because you create your own template (though some are preloaded) based on your own writing sample Adaptive Inscribe can help you recreate just about any document tailored to your specifications.

Adaptive Inscribe requires you to create templates, comprised of your own writing sample for each type of note you write (individual, family, group, etc..). Along with the writing sample you create specifics to be included in every note ( client name, type of session, location, etc..). When you create a new note you will first select the template you want to use, which will preload the writing sample and specifics that you must fill in. After this you will be prompted to enter the details of what happened in your session, which can be done without consideration of grammar and punctuations. Next Adaptive Inscribe with the assistance of Artifiacial Intelligence organizes and arranges the information into the format of your writing sample with consideration for grammar and punctuation. On average or client’s report a 2/3’s time reduction in note preparation (15 minutes of note writing is not reduced to 5 minutes).

Adaptive Inscribe does not store any data or information. Notes generated on the app are stored in the memory of your phone.

Yes, the most distinguishing factor of Adaptive Inscribe is that it scribes notes according to the writing sample. What this means is that if you enter a personal note that you yourself wrote into the writing sample. The note that you generate will always be created based off of You. Two people that create separate templates with different writing samples can enter the same information withing their respective templates and generate two distinctly different notes that include the same information. This means Adaptive Inscribe does not change HOW your notes look and sound, only how long you spend creating it.
